　　寫求職信的步驟

　　1.開頭:

　　簡(jiǎn)單告訴收信人你是從何處獲取到此職位信息,并表明你的求職心愿(即寫信目的).

　　after reading your advertisement for a secretary in today’s english paper, i want to offer myself to the position.

　　2.正文:

　　①提供你的若干個(gè)人信息資料：年齡、婚姻狀況及身體狀況.

　　(1). i’m 19 years old, male, unmarried. i’m 1.75 meters tall, strong and healthy.

　?、谠敿?xì)告訴對(duì)方有關(guān)你的學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷(與此工作相關(guān)的兼職工作、假期打工)及與此工作相關(guān)的個(gè)人興趣、愛好等;

　　(2). i’ve just graduated from a senior middle school of beijing. last year, i got the first place in the english composition contest in west district, beijing. i type quite well and can use computers skillfully.

　　3.結(jié)尾:

　?、僭俅伪磉_(dá)你想得到這份工作的愿望，并表達(dá)感激之情.

　　i’d like to be your secretary very much. if these meet your requirements, i’ll be very thankful for your kindness .

　?、?展望未來(lái),表明決心,希望得到面試機(jī)會(huì).

　　of course i’ll work hard and well if i can hold the position. i’m eager for your early reply.

　　3.結(jié)尾:

　?、壅f(shuō)明聯(lián)系方式或者進(jìn)一步聯(lián)系的時(shí)間，地點(diǎn)

　　4.落款

　　因?yàn)榍舐毿乓话闶菍懡o不熟悉的人,所以要用正式文體和格式寫.

　　寫求職信需注意的“三要三不要”：

　?、俅朕o要直接，不拐彎抹角:

　　語(yǔ)言要簡(jiǎn)單,明了,不要賣弄文學(xué),不要用別人看不懂的詞句.

　　②語(yǔ)言要禮貌，不過(guò)份謙卑:

　　寫求職信不是謙虛或虛偽的場(chǎng)合,低估自己別人也會(huì)瞧不起你.

　　③檢查要認(rèn)真，不留錯(cuò)漏遺憾:

　　5. i believe that i have the training, experience and qualities that you are looking for …

　　6. i feel i am competent to meet the requirements you have listed.

　　(3)結(jié)尾
